The brochure describes 36 apartments in a ground-plus-nine-floor building. Types A and C are 3 BHK homes; Types B and D are 2 BHK homes. Current availability depends on the selected apartment, floor and type.

The supplied brochure lists 2 BHK homes at 1,227 sq ft and 3 BHK homes at 1,650 or 1,657 sq ft. These brochure areas are distinct from RERA carpet areas: 702 or 750 sq ft for 2 BHK and 983 or 1,025 sq ft for 3 BHK. Terrace areas are stated separately on the relevant plans.

The first-floor variants A1 and C1 show open terraces of 52 and 379 sq ft respectively. B1 and D1 show covered terraces of 239 and 140 sq ft. The second-floor B2 and D2 variants show open terraces of 239 and 140 sq ft. Confirm these areas and usage rights against the approved documents for the selected home.

The registration is K-RERA/PRJ/197/2020. Kerala RERA lists Asset East Brook as completed. The developer-hosted extension certificate records the historical proposed completion date as 30 June 2025. Ask for current occupancy and handover documents, and confirm the status of the specific apartment before booking.
